Polk Pride is an event dedicated to the awareness and acceptance of the LGBT community in Polk County, Florida. Our mission is to bring unity, equality, and understanding through a variety of activities and services. Polk Pride is an event of the Lakeland Youth Alliance, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. 2015 Polk Pride Co-Chairs: Scott Guira & Kerri McCoy The mission of the Lakeland Youth Alliance is to provide a safe space for GLBTQ youth and their straight allies in Central Florida.
